Echinodorus Black Reggae

Echinodorus Black Reggae is a compact plant with oval leaves up to 12 cm long and up to 8 cm wide. At the top of the leaf is a notch. The leaves are hard, shiny, spotted on both sides. The upper part of the leaf in cool water is almost black with brown smudges, the leaves appear to be broken roughly in half (one half is at an angle to the other). In warm water it looks like the picture below. The inside of the leaves are dirty green. Propagated by root shoots and daughter plants on a flowering shoot.[1]
