The photo shows a teenager. The first three leaves are bright pink. It reproduces wonderfully both by flowering shoots and by rhizomes. Grows up to 25 cm tall. Is very "tank-bearing", withstands adverse conditions very well. Its leaf edge is curled outwards and has a corrugation, which distinguishes it from all other Echinodorus varieties. [1]
