I recently saw an absolutely stunning specimen from a friend: Leaves of chocolate color, shiny, as if made of plastic, even the oldest ones. The hunter is very tenacious. It can vegetate for a year under the crowns of others in complete darkness, while a new leaf gives a bright light, as if nothing had happened. If you transplant to a new place, it will thank you. In principle, it does not give flowering shoots and does not climb out of the water. It reproduces from daughter plants, which are abundant around the main growing point. In cold (15-20 g) water it looks like a Kapuroni Aponogeton, the same ribbon-like, highly corrugated, rigid leaves. The youngest pieces 6 are cherry colored, with black longitudinal veins, the rest is almost black. Very worthy eh.. The color of the leaves is from beige to chocolate, the new one is crimson. Very sweet, compact, extremely hardy eh. The leaf tips are twisted into a mini corkscrew, as in the Maghreb.[1]
