Filippov. It grows well in emersed (aerial, surface) form, often gives flowering shoots. Daughter plants on the flowering shoots are strong, they easily go into the water. Echinodorus Madrid grows relatively quickly under water. The height of an adult plant is about 30 cm, leaves on fairly conspicuous leaf stalks. Lanceolate leaves. The color of the leaves is not very red, as the author describes, but rather dark red. Yellow veins stand out clearly on the leaf plate, decorating it. Madrid is not picky about the content of Echinodorus. Water parameters have no significant influence on the rate of development. However, the introduction of micronutrient fertilizers into the water and the intensity of the lighting help to maintain a contrasting color.[1]
